Our fees explained
Claim’N Win does not charge anything for its delivery of Eligibility Service, Information Service, and unsuccessful Justice as a Service.
If we claim your compensation without taking the airline to court, we charge a 30% fee from the amount sent from the airline.
If the airline refuses to pay your rightfully owed compensation, it’s time to take further action. This means taking them to government agencies, arbitration institutions, or courts.
If we win the case, we charge an additional 20% litigation fee from the compensation awarded as a result of taking legal action.
In any case, even if we take the airline to court, you never pay any fees unless we are successful in claiming compensation.
As soon as we receive compensation from the airline we will send you the agreed amount by bank transfer. At Claim’ N Win, we work hard to ensure the best banking transfer fees for our clients.
Standard fee
If we successfully claim your compensation without resorting to legal action, we charge a standard fee of 30% of the total amount received from the airline. With Claim’N win you can be rest assured you’ll never have to pay any upfront costs or complex legal proceedings.
